Classtools.net (https://www.classtools.net/)
The website is a bit confusing as it's necessary to scroll over the pictures on the page in order to find out what application they represent. Some of the apps are not very "educational," involving making simplistic games and and quizzes. Other apps are more useful--like the virtual museum gallery maker--and the simplicity of most makes them good for elementary students, more so than older students. Free, worth checking out.

This website is hosted by the National Council of Teachers of English and the International Literacy Association, so it reflects good literacy practices and includes many types of instructional supports for teachers. It also has 58 apps that are called "student interactives." Some of these are truly only interactives, allowing for student interaction but no content creation. Many, however, do allow for creating content, including a timeline maker, The content creation apps include a timeline maker, a comic strip maker, poster and pamphlet makers, and many more. A list of these starts on this page and there is a brief description of each one, so it's relatively easy to figure out which ones allow for creating content. Goconqr (https://www.examtime.com/)
This application for students contain learning resources such as Mind Maps, Notes, Flashcards, Quiz Making Tools, Groups, and a Study Planner. Students are also able to share their creation and able to view other students’ creations. They are also able to track their learning progress when using the resources they’ve created. With this application, students are able to create for themselves learning resources that will help them come exam time. I think this is a great application for students to study for their tests. As a student, I study through making flashcards, but with this application, I can have my flashcards made online and be connected to my phone. It may be even helpful to teachers to encourage their students to study. Teachers can post quizzes and study guides online for students to use a resource. Teachers can also upload their notes for any students that were not able to attend class that day or need to look back on the notes.
